Become a Volunteer
We are looking for adults 50 years and older interested in tutoring First through Fifth grade students who are struggling to read. We provide training and ongoing support throughout the school year.
If you are interested in volunteering ad would like to learn more, the first step is to attend a Volunteer Information Session.
The Volunteer Information Session (hosted via Zoom) provides a comprehensive overview of Parentis Foundation’s literacy intervention program. During the Information Session, those who are new to the program will meet the staff, learn about volunteer tutoring opportunities, and will be provided information on the next steps to becoming a volunteer!
